Growing up surrounded by the energy of New York’s deli culture, our founder, Esam Almulaiki, saw firsthand how food could bring people together. With a background in NYC-style deli-groceries and a deep love for freshly made meals, he set out to bring that experience to Ann Arbor. From the famous chopped cheese to our stacked turkey club, every dish is made using authentic ingredients and time-tested recipes.
A Community Staple at Central Campus
It wasn’t always easy getting here. From construction challenges to supply issues, opening our doors took determination. But thanks to the support of our customers—especially local students—Bodega Bros has become a go-to spot in Ann Arbor. After being featured in the Michigan Daily, we’ve continued to grow, and we’re proud to be a part of this vibrant community.
